ILX Courier is courier and delivery management software for courier companies and delivery firms, published by ISSULOGIX Digital Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The licence

Buying a plan licenses you to run ILX Courier for the number of users, branches and machine activations that plan states. The licence decides which modules open. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

Subscription plans

Monthly and annual plans run until you stop them, and access ends when the subscription does. Each plan states the users, branches and shipments a month it includes.

Your data

Your shipment data is yours. On self-hosted plans it never leaves your server. On the vendor-hosted plan you can export or take a backup at any time, and we will hand over a copy on request if you leave.

What we do not promise

ILX Courier helps you book, track and deliver shipments and keep COD and invoices in order, but the carriage of goods, customs and permits, the cash your riders collect, and filing your tax returns remain yours. We are not your lawyer, your accountant or your tax adviser.

Support and updates

Support is by email and WhatsApp during business hours. We fix defects and publish updates; we do not guarantee a specific future feature unless we have put it in writing to you.

Prices

Prices on this site exclude GST and VAT and may change. A price we have quoted you in writing is the one that applies to your order.
