Booking & AWB labels
A booking wizard prices the parcel as you type: pieces, weight, dimensions, volumetric and chargeable weight, declared value and COD. Each shipment prints a label with a barcode and QR code.
Every planILX Courier runs a courier firm from the booking counter to the doorstep: AWB labels and rate cards, pickups and delivery runs, proof of delivery and cash on delivery, hubs and manifests between branches, a tracking page for receivers, and the invoices and VAT behind it all. In English and Arabic.
No booking book beside a WhatsApp group beside a cash tin. Every shipment knows its AWB, its rate, where it is, which rider has it, how it was delivered and what was collected, and every scan keeps a history of who made it.

Every planZone-to-zone weight slabs by service, a volumetric divisor, a minimum charge, fuel surcharge, COD fee and insurance on declared value. A customer can have a card of their own.
Every planPickup requests assigned to a rider; delivery run sheets by branch, rider and date, with every stop closed as delivered, failed or returned with a reason.
Every planReceiver name, signature, doorstep photo, a photo of the receiver's ID and the GPS point, with an optional one-time code the receiver gives the rider.
Every planA COD ledger stage by stage, cash matched when a run sheet closes, and a remittance that takes your freight, fuel, COD fee and tax off before it pays the shipper.
Every planTwelve statuses on a timeline nobody can rewrite, a public tracking page with no login, an embeddable version for merchants' sites, and alerts when a parcel stops moving.
Every planScan, deliver and collect cash offline; it syncs when the signal returns. Riders see only their own run sheets.
Every planBags scanned out of one branch and into the next, with the manifest printed. Branch staff see their own branch; the owner sees the whole network.
Hub and upMerchants book their own shipments and follow them in a portal, or connect their system to quote, book and track through an API key.
Hub and upA delivery is only finished when you can prove it. Each run sheet goes out with its rider, every stop comes back delivered, failed or returned with a reason, and the cash the rider carries is matched before the sheet closes.
Every scan adds to a timeline nobody can rewrite. Receivers follow it on your tracking page, merchants read it from their portal or your API, and your team is warned about the parcels that have stopped moving.
Bags are scanned out of one hub and into the next, partners sign for what they take, and every dirham or rupee collected on delivery is followed to the shipper, with your charges already taken off.
Courier work has one shape however big the firm: a parcel booked at a rate, a rider who takes it, a doorstep where it has to be proved, and cash that has to come back. The app is built around that shape instead of a generic dispatch board.
Counter bookings and pickups, rate cards per customer, runs, proof of delivery and COD, with invoices and VAT done for you.
Dispatch fitsMerchants book in the portal or through the API, receivers follow the tracking page, and COD comes back to each shipper with your charges taken off.
Hub fitsHubs in several cities, manifests between them, partners and co-loaders for the routes you do not run, and the fleet that moves it all.
Network fitsShort runs and many stops a day: run sheets on the phone, the receiver's code at the door, and the cash counted before the rider goes home.
Dispatch fitsILX Courier runs on ISSULOGIX Books, so a paid booking becomes a real tax invoice and payment, and the VAT or GST return already has it. Delivery tools leave you to re-key freight into an accounting package; here it is already there.
Most delivery software charges for every driver or every order, in dollars. ILX Courier is one monthly price for your firm, with the users (office staff and riders), branches and shipments each plan includes and the invoicing built in. Annual is simply twelve months billed at once.
We run the server. Nothing to install, nothing to back up, and the price already covers the hosting — the figure you see is the whole bill.
